Pay

Pay awards to recognise cost of living increases are negotiated nationally through the Universities & 大学雇主协会(UCEA)与认可的工会. We have a defined pay and grading structure which is adjusted in line with the national pay award. Grades for individual jobs are determined through the application of the Higher Education Role Analysis scheme (HERA).
